Paris Hilton arrested for drug possession

Paris Hilton, 29, has been arrested after officers in Las Vegas stopped the car she was travelling in and found her in possession of cocaine.

The American heiress was taken into Clark County Detention Centre this morning on the charge of drug possession.

Hilton was a passenger in a car driven by a friend when officers stopped the car. A Public Information officer said that the officers noticed what they suspected to be marijuana smoke coming from it.

During the stop, officers tested what appeared to be a controlled substance, revealing that in fact it was cocaine.

The quantity of the drug is not yet known.

This is not Hilton’s first arrest with regards to drug possession. During the World Cup in South Africa, two months ago, Hilton was arrested for marijuana possession.

Paris Hilton is the type of person that many people follow almost everyday. Some are waiting for her to do a movie or something, while others wants her to be involved in an unlawful act again. Paris Hilton is doing what she does best once again, and is all around the headlines for it. She's been arrested for illegal drugs, again. This arrest wasn't for DUI. Apparently she has learned the virtue of a DD or a cab, but not how to not having unlawful substances on her person. She got busted for possession of cocaine in Las Vegas. You have to be doing something quite obvious if that happens. Apparently, her two arrests in the last month for marijuana just were not enough for her.
