Castille Resources launches new top positions’ recruitment service

Castille Executive was “the first executive level recruitment brand on the island, identifying exceptional talent to senior level positions in excess of €50,000”, a company statement explained.

The new service’s bespoke and confidential service centred on recruiting for the following level roles: heads of IT and finance; senior IT and finance managers; senior technical specialists, executive and non executive level directors; and CEOs, COO’s and CFO’s.

Castille Resources, which continued to focus on the recruitment of more general IT and financial roles across the island “has chosen to launch this subsidiary brand to deal with an increasing number of high level positions in the local job market,” the company said.

After carrying out a report into the local job market, the company identified that “many organisations were having increasing difficulty recruiting high level and specialist roles”.

“As a result we have launched Castille Executive, that offers a confidential, consultative and bespoke service to both clients and candidates,” the company added.
