Police find wanted man behind mobile phone robbery
The suspect was found to be in possession of heroin and cannabis

A 22-year-old wanted man was arrested after he was seen by police officers in St Paul's Bay.
According to police, officers from the Patrol and Community Support Unit were doing patrols in Triq il-Boxxla when they noticed the man. The 22-year-old was wanted by police following a phone robbery from a shop in St Paul's Bay around one month ago.
The officers requested police support and the man was stopped and searched, as eight packets of heroin were found on his person. Searches at the man's home in Ħaż-Żebbuġ also revealed that he was in possession of cannabis grass.
The man is being held under arrest and will be arraigned in the coming days.
