Scooter dumped at Munxar prompts emergency response
MaltaToday is informed that a scooter found beneath a cliff prompted a search party to descend on St Thomas Bay before it was discovered that the scooter was simply dumped off the cliff

Authorities have called off a search around parts of St Thomas Bay in Marsaskala in what appears to be a false alarm.
MaltaToday is informed that the searches were prompted after reports that someone fell from a cliff in the area.

The reports originated after a scooter was found beneath a cliff, as it was thought that someone may have fallen down the cliff.

Authorities then discovered that the scooter was simply dumped off the cliff.
An AFM P21 vessel was stationed in the bay along with CPD vessels, ambulances, and police cars.
