PN invites public to submit views on 2013 electoral loss

One man more powerful than PM (RCC) he pulls the strings; creme de la creme (WE Pppi Bondi ) get everything; old family dynasties (e.g Mifsud Bonnici e.g.) no ministry for Robert Arrigo Why? Just read all the Franco Debono last year blogs and you have most of the reasons. It's not rocket science for Heaven's sake. if you don't know the reasons already , you must be a load of dumb idiots even worse than I thought possible.

For those of you asking for the whereabouts and concern of the ex Minister, he is not saying anything in public except that he is now retired and you have to take his word for it. He was never that transparent in the first place even when he was a Minister, as they say, he was a man of few words.. Maybe his aide can fill us in on his whereabouts. I think I saw a Jaguar roaming around the new Cirkewwa Ferry Building and getting on the Gozo Channel Ferry the other day.

What a waste of time. There is one word to describe the PN loss in the last election and that word is "ARROGANCE." I put that in caps on purpose so the PN Leadership can see it nice and big. Ignoring the people is pure Arrogance and that is exactly how the PN looked down on the people and the loss reflects all that. By the time the PN Leaders realized what was happening it was too late and they knew that they were going to lose the election face down, and they did. Arrogant PM, Arrogant Ministers and ignoring the call of the people caused the PN's downfall. "Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me". The Maltese people are no CWIEC and the PN found that out the hard way. What the PN has to do now is prepare for the future and they have five years to do it in. The election is lost thanks to a few arrogant Ministers that thought they were above the law. Stupid mistake. The Air Malta collapse, the Arriva Fiasco, the Injustice in our corrupt courts, the oil scandal, the bribes and incompetence by some politicians and those are only a few. Too many to mention. No the PN does not need a commission to tell them what went wrong, because they know that already. They need to find out why crime got so bad in the last ten or so years, why they spent millions of euros on a useless public service system and why they let the incompetent Transport Malta make such a mess of the new routes and screw up all timetables since Arriva is never on time. They let our National Airline go into an almost bankruptcy and so far it is costing the Maltese Tax Payer almost 200,000,000 Million euros in bail out money. Find out why they let the illegal immigrants invade our already crowded little island on the pretense of refugees? These are only a few of the problems the commission has to look into, I am sure there are a lot more but the main two causes were Arrogance and treating the people as second class citizens. Nobody is above the law, not even politicians, judges, government department heads and more. And dismantle Mepa unless they develop enough balls to do their job, like they should.Find out how the oil scandal came to be under their watchful eye and then reward Mr Farrugia with a Presidential Pardon by the PM? Was that worth it because so far only a handful of people have been found and charged. I hope that Maltatoday and the new government continue the investigation and punish those who took bribes. PN you have the work cut out for you.

No need to go far to comment on the massive defeat - arrogance, corruption and mismanagement of funds and HR, resulting in a mass loss of confidence by the population. No chess games this time for Joe Saliba. It was checkmate.

The mastermind of the PN electoral campaign has suddenly disappeared from the scene, or is he still manipulating the next scene ??.

Losing an election with a massive amount of votes and then asking the people for their views? Fejn kien id-delegat specjali li kellu jidhol fil-kcejjen tan-nies? F'kemm il-kcina dahal u x'qalulu n-nies? How very insensitive this idea is. The fact that the PN is NOW consulting the people is an admission that the PN was not close to the People. LOL. Now everyone knows that it was already well known how the PN was going to be routed. As for Why? Ask Austin, Richard or Saliba. They had been leading PN supporters on a merry dance long enough.
