Armed robber makes off with €250, salesgirl in shock
An armed robber stole €250 from a shop in Bugibba early this afternoon.
At the time of the robbery, the salesgirl was alone in the shop in Triq Dawret il-Gzejjer, Bugibba.
Initial investigations revealed that a a man armed with a pointed instrument entered the shop and asked for the money. At the time of the incident, the salesgirl was alone in the shope. No one was injured, but girl is reportedly in shock.
The man managed to run away from the shop with €250. Police investigations are ongoing.
