GO faces disruption to call, data services

GO has reported a disruption affecting certain voice and data services due to technical faults.

In a statement on Friday, the telecommunications company said its team was “on the ground and working hard” to restore the services in full as soon as possible.

Customers confirmed the disruption this morning, reporting that inbound and outbound calls are failing to connect. 

“We are truly sorry for the disruption to your day,” GO said, while thanking customers for their patience.

The company said further updates would be communicated through GO’s channels “every step of the way”.
