Rosianne Cutajar reports racist TikTok user praising Lassane Cisse's murderers

Equality Minister Rosianne Cutajar has reported a TikTok user over a racist comment praising Lassane Cisse's killers.
The comment in question described the accused in the murder case, Lorin Scicluna and Francesco Fenech, as "two people with the balls to stand up for their country."
In his comment, the social media user said it was a shame that two of the three people shot in the 2019 Ħal Far incident had survived.
In a Facebook post on Saturday, Cutajar said racism, hate, and violence "have no place in our society."
"We can discuss immigration and its challenges, but we should never accept hate and violence," she continued.
"Those who think violence and racism are some sort of patriotism and a defence of our country are mistaken."
The racist comment comes following the beginning of the first jury trial against Lorin Scicluna, one of the accused in the murder of Lassane Cisse.
On Saturday, jurors heard from investigators in the murder case, who described how Lorin Scicluna broke down in tears and blamed Francesco Fenech as the triggerman in the murder.
