Tom Hanks: living in Qrendi or a war zone?

Tom Hanks's temporary residence in Malta seems like it is located in a war zone rather than in the countryside in Qrendi.

The local media has widely reported that the well-known American actor Tom Hanks is currently living in Qrendi as he is in Malta to shoot the movie Captain Phillips.

Hanks is expected to stay in Malta for a number of weeks as filming is expected to last for 14 weeks.

A picture taken close to the place Hanks is reportedly staying at, Palazzo Guarena, give the impression that the actor is staying in Siria rather than the countryside in Qrendi.
