Jailed for theft from old man

Christopher Mifsud, 24 of Qormi was jailed by Magistrate Doreen Clarke who found him guilty of aggravated theft.

Mifsud was found guilty of having stolen a gold necklace from 70 year-old Joseph Block, slightly injuring him, handling stolen property, breaching bail conditions and relapsing.
