Nirvana Azzopardi loses battle against cancer
TV presenter who graced Maltese television since the 1990s, passes away at the age of 40

Television personality Nirvana Azzopardi has lost her battle against cancer.
The mother of two passed away peacefully at home. She was 40.
She had been diagnosed with a rare type of cancer two years ago, spreading through her lymph nodes and attacking her liver and eventually bone.
She had also filed a judicial protest against her private consultant on grounds that she had been misdiagnosed.

What a pity...in regards to her and to many others. May she rest in peace and may all those who loved her find some consolation.

Loss.
To some, a simple passing of a fond, familiar name.
To others dear; despair, a questioning of faith.
But stop a while; appreciate the value that this short life contributed to yours.
Whichever answer comes, be thankful you were close, enriched, to enhance the future by her past.
