Labour condemns vandal act on Gozitan councillor's car

In a short statement issued this morning, Labour Councillors’ Section president Claudette Abela Baldacchino expressed the section’s solidarity with Camilleri following this “vandal act”.

In its statement, the section also expressed its appreciation for the “useful work performed by mayors and local councillors in a voluntary manner” for the benefit of residents in their respective localities.

Finally, Abela Baldacchino called on the authorities and the Police “to take all the necessary steps so that justice is performed with those who committed this vandal act”.
