Car on fire next to Marsa sports complex
A brown Mitsubishi Lancer car caught fire late yesterday evening next to the Marsa sports complex. The cause of the fire is as yet unknown.

The police were informed about the burning vehicle in the ditch in front of the Marsa sports complex shortly before 9.50 pm yesterday.
A police car was immediately dispatched on the spot of the burning car. A fire engine from the Civil Protection was immediately dispatched to extinguish the flames.
On duty Magistrate Anthony Vella has appointed a magisterial inquiry as prescribed by law. He appointed various experts to assist him in the investigations on this fire.
The police was also conducting its investigations on the case.
