In the Press: Motorists paid €26,000 in compensation since 2007

Motorists in Mosta, Zabbar, Lija and Naxxar made the most claims against local councils based on the state of the roads. About a third of these claims were accepted and compensated since 2007, a total of €26,000.

Workers at Gozo General Hospital expressed concerns about the government's plans to privatize the hospital, saying that the developments, which workers had no knowledge of until they became public, created uncertainties about the future of their employment.
