Remanded in custody after stealing from eight petrol stations

A 27-year-old Ħamrun man has been remanded in custody after he was arraigned in court this morning after allegedly stealing money from eight petrol stations last Thursday.

The man, Barry Grant, pleaded not guilty to stealing the money from the automatic car wash section of stations in Għargħur, Mellieħa, St Paul’s Bay, Attard, Rabat, Żebbuġ, Ħamrun and Marsa.
