In the Press: Unnamed international firm to audit Konrad Mizzi

The firm tasked with auditing energy minister Konrad Mizzi's finances has yet to be named, though PM Joseph Muscat assured it was an international company and thus independent.

Independent MP Marlene Farrugia accused PM Joseph Muscat of attempting to defend the indefensible in the case of Konrad Mizzi, Keith Schembri and their respective offshore accounts.

PM Joseph Muscat said he agreed with recommendations from unions that wages should reflect the increase in GDP but cautioned against moving forward without first taking into consideration the cost of living and purchasing power.
