The man was injured and had to be assisted by civil protection officers
A man suffered serious injuries at his place of work at a Ħal Far factory on Tuesday morning, the police said.
The man, 53, from Isla was working on a machine when he was injured at around 6.20am.
The civil protection was called in to assist the man, who was certified as suffering serious injuries by Mater Dei Hospital doctors.
The police are investigating.
