David Haye crushes Harrison in one-sided fight

David Haye completely outclassed the much taller and heavier Harrison to retain his title.

Haye defended his WBA world heavyweight title on Saturday by defeating Harrison in three rounds.

The first two rounds were more of a feeling-out session as both boxers were taking their time to study each other and not exposing themselves.

In the third round Haye came out with relentless speed and devastating punches. Harrison finally went down after Haye connected more than once.

Harrison was up again but Haye did not waste any time attacking and the referee stopped the fight.

In the earlier bout George Grooves recovered from a third-round knockdown to defeat Kenny Anderson in six rounds. With this victory Groves retains his Commonwealth super-middleweight title.
