Mqabba and Tarxien share the points

Tarxien Rainbows took the lead on the 13^th minute. Orosco Anonam served Jimmy Nzinga Mayasi who then beat goalkeeper Kris Calleja with his shot.

In the final seconds of the first half, Mqabba managed to score the equaliser when John Paul Muscat beat goalkeeper David Cassar make it 1-1.

Mqabba went close to taking the lead on the 54^th minute when Mauro Bonnici's header hit the woodwork.

With this result, Mqabba join Mosta on 17 points while Tarxien Rainbows have 14, three more than bottom side Marsaxlokk.

John Paul Zammit was voted BOV Player of the Match.
