Hibernians defeat Qormi to win their tenth FA Trophy

Hibernians were the dominant side throughout the match not leaving any space for Qormi.

Hibernians took the lead on the 53rd minute. Jean Paul Farrugia had his shot blocked by goalkeeper Matthew Farrugia, but off the rebound Edison

Luis dos Santos made no mistake when he found the back of the net with his shot.

On the 66th minute, Hibernians doubled their lead. Off a freekick by Clayton Failla, Edison Luis dos Santos beat goalkeeper Matthew Farrugia with his header.

The match turned for the worse for Qormi when on the 73rd minute, Matthew Gauvi received his second yellow card and was sent off.

In added time, Qormi managed to score a consolation goal. Daniel Balzan beat goalkeeper Daniel Balzan with his shot from the right.

Hibernians were not satisfied and scored their third goal of the evening late in added time. Bjorn Kristensen served the ball to Jackson Lima to have the latter beat Matthew Farrugia with his shot.
