Ferdinando Apap - BOV Player of the Month - March 2014

Xewkija Tigers defender Ferdinando Apap was selected as the BOV Player of the Month for March 2014 following his impressive performances for Xewkija Tigers in their matches in the GFA First Division League.

Apart from excelling in his defensive role with the newly crowned champions, in leading the defence and neutralising the opponents’ attacking manouvers, he was also one of the scorers in the 4-3 and 5-2 victories over ex-champions Nadur Youngsters, which victories ascertained the sixth title in their history.

Jack Thewma, Manager of Bank of Valletta’s Gozo Branch assisted by Horace Laudi, BOV Area Manager for Gozo presented the BOV Player of the Month Trophy for March 2014 to Ferdinando Apap.
