KRS announce line-up for Malta International Film Festival

KRS Film Distributors have announced the 8^th edition of the Malta International Film Festival to be held jointly with the St. James Cavalier Cinema in Valletta.

Fifteen films from as many countries are scheduled to be screened during the 12-day festival to take place from Wednesday 4 December to Sunday 15 December, 2013.

Once again the festival offers a selection of award-winning and acclaimed films from Denmark, Greece, UK, Spain, USA, Sweden, Japan, Belgium, India, South Korea, France and Iran, including a number of co-productions from other countries.

All films shot in their original language, not in English, will carry subtitles.

There will be three performances daily at 3.00, 6.00 and 9.00pm showing different films from Wednesday 4 December to Friday 13 December and Sunday 15 December.  Morning shows, 11.00am, will be held on Saturdays and Sundays, and Friday 13 December, public holiday.

Price of admission €5.

The films are: The Act of Killing, Alps, Berberian Sound Studio, Blancanieves, Blue Jasmine, Easy Money, From Up On Poppy Hill, Kid On A Bike, Le Havre, Murder 3, Only God Forgives, Pietà, Rebellion, A Separation, and Trishna.
