Christina Magrin to represent Malta at Junior Eurovision Song Contest

 

Young singer Christina Magrin will represent Malta in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest.

Magrin, who finished in third place last year, was chosen among 20 hopefuls by a mix of jury and public televote during last night’s show held in the Mediterranean Conference Centre.

Fusion, a group made up of five girls, finished in second place, while Lisa Marie Tabone finished in third place.

The song that Magrin will now perform during the Junior Eurovision Song Contest in Novemebr will be chosen internally.

Magrin’s win now means that she will be Malta’s representative in the 13th Junior Eurovision Song Contest that will take place in Malta on November 20. Malta will be hosting this year’s Eurovision after Destiny Chuckynere brought the title home following her win in Bulgaria.
