Camper & Nicholsons Marinas announced the sale of a 40m berth at its mediterranean flagship, Grand Harbour Marina in Malta.

Kurt Fraser, sales & marketing director for C&N Marinas said that, "Malta's Grand Harbour Marina has clearly established itself as a destination of choice, not only for super-yacht owners, but for captains and crew.  The package of strong financial, tax and operating benefits have certainly underpinned recent berth purchase decisions. But it's the exceptional year-round weather, natural beauty, historic architecture, rich culture and comfortable Mediterranean lifestyle that has visiting super-yachts returning for more, with owners acquiring a berth."

Fraser added, "we currently have a range of super-yacht berths available as part of a comprehensive package of benefits to yacht owners at Grand Harbour Marina."

Malta's unique package of benefits, including its central Mediterranean location, high-quality facilities, extensive yacht-support services, availability of berths for sale - and numerous financial advantages only strengthen the decision to purchase.

Anna Tabone, berth sales consultant, commented, "I am delighted that Peter Hurzeler of Ocean Independence has successfully brokered the sale of a 40m berth at Grand Harbour Marina in Malta, confirming that Malta continues to be well regarded in the industry."
