These latest gold medals now bring Delicata’s total international wine award count up to an impressive 110 awards. Twenty-six of these awards (6 gold, 2 silver, 9 bronze, 8 commendations and a press award) were won in the last two years, all under the direct stewardship of Matthew Delicata, the company’s winemaker.

The international judging panels for the wines at the Emozioni dal Mondo Merlot e Cabernet Insieme were composed of special commissions of no less than five members – made up by oenologists, oenotechnicians, sensorialists, professional tasters and oenogastronomic journalists, coming from 24 different countries.
