Beef carpaccio

  • Beef fillet, thinly sliced
  • Fresh lemon
  • Salt
  • Coarse black pepper
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Fresh rocket
  • Parmesan shavings


  1. Ask your butcher to slice the beef fillet as thinly as possible.
  2. Place beef fillet on a flat dish and add fresh squeezed lemon, olive oil, salt, and fresh black pepper.
  3. Serve topped with rocket leaves and Parmesan shavings.
