Roast baby new potatoes

A pretty, perfect accompaniment to any dish

  • Baby new potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Coarse sea salt
  • Sprig of fresh rosemary
  • Cracked black pepper


  1. Wash the potatoes well then make several cuts with a sharp knife but never cutting right through so that the potatoes remain whole.
  2. Place into a mixing bowl and drizzle with olive oil and coarse sea salt flakes. 
  3. Add some rosemary leaves and cracked pepper.
  4. Transfer to a shallow baking tray and cover with foil. 
  5. Keep in the fridge till needed.
  6. Cook at 200°C, uncovered for 45 mins.
