Glazed baby potatoes

  • Baby potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Cumin seeds
  • Honey
  • Sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Boil the baby potatoes in salted water till just tender but do not overcook. Drain.
  2. Heat some olive oil in a large pan and add the potatoes. Stir gently to coat with the oil.
  3. Season with some salt and pepper and a few cumin seeds. 
  4. Drizzle a little honey over and cook for a few minutes then transfer to a serving bowl.
  5. Garnish with sesame seeds.
