Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen edamame, shelled
  • ½ cup cranberries
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Sea salt

Method

  1. Add the olive oil and salt to the edamame beans and roast in a pre-heated oven at 200°C for 20 – 25 mins.
  2. Allow to cool and mix with cranberries.
