Man arrested under European Arrest Warrant in Gozo

A 44-year-old Czech national has been arrested in Gozo on the strength of a European Arrest Warrant.

The man was traced and apprehended after an investigation by the Criminal Intelligence Unit and district police.

He is expected to be arraigned in court in the next 48 hours.
