Catholics in Malta, today join in the church’s commemoration of Palm Sunday, which marks the start of the Holy Week celebrations.

Archbishop Charles Scicluna will be celebrating Mass at St John’s Co-Cathedral, during which the blessing of palm fronds and olive bracnhes will take place.

Palm Sunday marks the entry of Jesus into Jerusalem.
