“Its reputation has excelled itself, and we are truly excited to continue along the already established path,” Infinitely Xara said.
“The Medina Restaurant was one of my first ever gastronomic experiences some odd 40 years ago, belonging to the Pullicino family and run by my great uncle Michael Otto Pullicino.
“Retracing that nostalgia, both in flavor and atmosphere is an absolute honor and we are only too pleased as a family to have been able to extend as well as relive all the sentiment this charming restaurant has to offer, and I am delighted for it to now form part of the Infinitely Xara brand,” Justin Zammit Tabona, managing director at Infinitely Xara said.
“This culinary gem has created a great name for itself, and thanks to all the loyal customers that have come its way over the past 38 years, it has become a sheer accomplishment. We look forward to welcoming all The Medina’s loyal customers as well as discovering new clientele that will have the pleasure of experiencing the foundation of what the establishment is based upon.”
