The Paolites went ahead on the 43rd minute. Marco Sahanek delivered a cross towards the unmarked Clayton Failla who headed the ball inside the net.

St Andrews equalised seven minutes into the second half. Kemar Reid served Misael Miranda Gomez and the latter finished past Andrew Hogg.

Hibs were reduced to ten men on the 90th minute when Johann Bezzina was sent off by the referee.

St Andrews took advantage of the situation immediately and scored the winning goal. Kevaun Atkinson spotted Hogg out of his place and placed the ball inside the net.
