Floriana Basketball Club are organising a BASKETBALL SUMMER SCHOOL in collaboration with the Vittoriosa Local Council at Santu Rokku Primary School, St Edward Street, Vittoriosa.

The Summer School will take place every Tuesday for boys and girls aged under 13 and every Friday for girls aged under 17.

Both Training sessions will be held from 19:00 till 20:30hrs.

Alternatively one can meet club officials at the training venue on the respective days and time.

NURSERY COACHES

The club has confirmed Mr. Silvio Agius as coach for the under 14 girls for the coming season. Silvio guided the team last season and a lot of improvement was made since his appointment in August last year.

Mr. Lawrence Deguara has also been appointed coach for the under 16 girls’ team for season 2014/15. He has a lot of experience in this sector as he previously coached other clubs such as Eurobasket, Athleta and Starlites.

Both coaches will be involved in the summer school together with club Head Coach Christoph Stolp who will continue with his work within the boys under 12 and under 14 teams.
