France ended their final training session with simple ball exercises, but Sunday's game against hard-tackling Honduras promises to be a more combative affair.

"We'll find the right answer and attack aggressively," said goalkeeper Hugo Lloris after Saturday's practice at Beira-Rio stadium in Porto Alegre.

Coach Didier Deschamps dismissed French media reports referring to Honduras as a "bunch of fighters".

"They defend well as a team and play aggressively- perhaps more than others, but they can do much more than that," he said.

Lloris said the squad was impatient to get started in Group E. "We've been training hard for four weeks and now we're ready," he said.

"We're well prepared," Deschamps added, "but we will be judged on the playing field."
