Malta Eurovision Song Contest finalist Brooke Borg placed in fourth place during last Saturday’s competition, the full list of the official results shows. Many believed that Brooke would either be crowned this year's winner and was among the top three favourites.

According to the official results, Borg took home 2,000 votes for her song ‘Unstoppable’, following Kevin Borg with ‘Follow,’ which received 2,502 votes, and Janice Mangion with ‘Kewkba’, which received 4,544 votes.

Claudia Faniello came in first place with her song ‘Breathlessly’, ranking in 4996 votes, and will be representing Malta in Kyiv in May.

Only one song per artist was shortlisted, meaning that each singer performed one song during the singing contest. The jury had been dropped this year in favour of 100% televoting.
