In-house workshop for Belair Property staff

Managing Director Ian Casolani said that it was important that as one of the leading estate agencies in Malta, Belair Property continued to keep its property consultants trained and informed on all the changes in the sector

In the first days of December, Belair Property conducted an in-house workshop for all its staff, giving updates on the recent changes to property tax legislation, new residency and visa schemes as well as some updates on internal company procedures. The session ended with a very interesting presentation by motivational speaker Matthew Kimberley.

Managing Director Ian Casolani, in his introduction, said that it was important that as one of the leading estate agencies in Malta, Belair Property continued to keep its property consultants trained and informed on all the changes in the sector, as this leaves an impact on the way they deal with their clients.

“It is no secret that what distinguishes Belair Property from the other agencies is the way we communicate with and treat our clients – be they property owners or prospective buyers. The new ‘MyBelair’ initiative is a key example of this. We go into detail as we believe that it is that detail which ultimately makes a property deal work for both sides,” added Casolani.

At the end of the workshop, he said that the intervention by Kimberley helped us focus on why what we do really matters, and it was a funny and lighthearted way of looking at ourselves, analyse what we do and make us think on those issues we might take for granted.

“At the end of what was a successful year for Belair Property, it was important that we meet up with all our Team, analyse our results and reboot for the year ahead,” concluded Casolani.
