Diar il-Bniet believe in serving fresh local ingredients where everything they use comes from their 180 tumoli in Dingli. Serving seasonal dishes, they use whatever is best at that time – and this time of year is perfect for broad beans, or ful as they are known in Maltese. The fresh air, fresh water and sunshine give the vegetables utmost flavour. Try their recipe for your Good Friday lunch or dinner  for a flavourful meal that is completely meat free
