Man critical after argument in St Julian's

37-year-old Colombian in critical condition following an argument with two unknown people

Today in the early morning, around 3:00am, the police were informed of an argument taking place in front of a building in St George’s Street, St Julian’s.

Police rushed to the scene where preliminary investigations show that a 37-year-old Colombian who lives in Swieqi had an argument with two unknown people.

An ambulance was called which took the man to Mater Dei hospital to be given the necessary treatment. He was later declared to be in critical condition.

The magistrate on duty was informed about the case and has appointed several experts to help in the on-going investigations.
