The accident took place at 7:30pm in Triq San Bastjan, Qormi

A 30-year-old man was hospitalised yesterday evening after being hit by a car.

The accident took place at 7:30pm in Triq San Bastjan, Qormi when the Qormi resident was hit by a Chevrolet Aveo, being driven by a 36-year-old Turkish man, also resident of Qormi.

Police sources confirmed this morning that the man suffered minor injuries.
