Man hospitalised after crashing into Marsa traffic lights

A man has suffered grievous injuries after his vehicle crashed into a set of traffic lights early this morning.

According to police, the accident took place at 1:30am on Triq il-Haddiem, Marsa, when the 34-year-old Xghajra resident is said to have lost control of his Maruti 800.

An ambulance conveyed t he man to Mater Dei hospital to received medical treatment.
