Bomb threat at police headquarters

Members of the Armed Forces, Explosive Ordnance Disposal unit (EOD) were called in late Tuesday night to investigate a bomb threat in Floriana.

According to TVM, assistance was requested by the police at around 8:30pm.

It appears the threat was concentrated around the area of the police headquarters, and also the Curia.

The police have confirmed that no explosives were found.
