Two men caught red-handed following a robbery at Delimara

The men – a 57-year-old man from Balzan and a 50-year-old hailing from Marsaxlokk – were intercepted by a police car at around 1.30 am while the police was doing a patrol at Power Station Road, Marsaxlokk.

In a statement, the police said simply that they were caught with “a number of objects” without specifying what these objects were and their estimated value. One of the men was even hooded.

The police investigations about the case were still continuing.
