Sean Gravina makes an apple flavoured cream cheese to use on a cheesecake
Apple cream cheese
Ingredients
- 1 apple
- Sprinkle sugar
- 400g cream cheese
- Splash Calvados
Method
- Saute the apple in water with a sprinkle of sugar until soft.
- Drain and blend until smooth.
- Add the blended apple to the cream cheese and add the Calvados.
- Mix until thoroughly combined.
