Armagnac butter
Ingredients
- 125g butter
- 1 tbsp Armagnac
Method
- Melt the butter in a saucepan, without letting the butter foam.
- Add the Armagnac, or any other liqueur, and mix until combined. The mixture should be creamy, like a thick milk.
- Use with pates and parfaits or in baking.
