Updated | 78-year-old man reported missing has been found

A 78-year-old man who was reported missing has been found safe and sound, the police said on Wednesday.

The man was first reported missing on Tuesday afternoon with police appealing for information on his whereabouts. He had last been seen earlier in Birkirkara.

The man was found by the police, who thanked the public for information they supplied.
