Motorcyclist seriously injured in Marsa accident

A 29-year-old man from Hal Safi was injured today when he, for an unknown reason, lost control of his Suzuki motorcycle in Marsa.

The police were informed at around 9:45am that a traffic accident had occurred in Triq Giuseppe Garibaldi, and promptly went on the scene.

The man was taken to Mater Dei Hospital in an ambulance, were his injuries were determined to be serious.

Police investigations are ongoing.
