VIDEO | US TV broadcasts 'marijuana' based medicinal advert for the first time

For the first time in television history, a marijuana based medicine was advertised on US television last August 30.

The product called Canna Care , which bears the same name of it’s licensed producer in Sacramento was aired in a 30 second spot but hides any reference to the word ‘marijuana’.

The faces appearing during the televised advert are all real patients who speak about the benefits they have achieved by using the medicine.
