Donald Trump is now accusing former US President Barack Obama of ‘wire-tapping’ Trump Tower before the presidential election

US President Donald Trump is accusing his predecessor of wire-tapping his office at Trump Tower before the presidential election.
Taking to Twitter, Trump made a series of tweets where he claimed that Obama had wire-tapped his office, without offering anything else to substantiate his allegation.
“How low has President Obama gone to tapp my phones during the very sacred election process. This is Nixon/Watergate. Bad (or sick) guy!” he tweeted.
In a series of tweets, he said: “Terrible! Just found out that Obama had my "wires tapped" in Trump Tower just before the victory. Nothing found. This is McCarthyism!”
