IFBB Malta continued on the success of the national championships bodybuilding and fitness by sending an 1- athlete squad for the Juniors & Masters European Championships in fitness & bodybuilding

Raymond Cassar -3rd in Masters Over 50 Classic Bodybuilding
Mario Pace -4th in Masters Over 50 Classic Bodybuilding
Luke Debono -4th in Juniors 75+kg
Dominic Schieda -5th in Masters Over 40 -90 kgs
Gilbert Zammit -7th in Masters over 40 90+ kgs
Alison Matthews -7th in Masters Bodyfitness 45+years
Stephen Borg -8th in Masters Over 40 -90 kgs
Jacqueline Borg -9th in Masters Women's Bodybuilding
Clive Sammut -10th in Juniors Classic Bodybuilding
Kevin Cauchi -12th in Masters Over 40 Classic Bodybuilding
Katya Vella -13th in Masters Bodyfitness 35-44 years
